Andrea Ferro is a bilingual New York based Actress. She is a first generation American, born in Miami, FL. Her roots originate from the beautiful country of Venezuela.
Her journey began when she was around 3 years old and would spend time playing and napping in the seats of the audience. Her father is the Producer and founder of a Miami based theater called Venevision International Theater. Her love for the theater grew every time she would follow her dad to work and see the actors expressing themselves in ways she had only dreamed of. Finally, at the age of 14, she decided to audition for The Area Stage Conservatory in Miami, Fl. The moment she walked through the double doors, she knew she was home. They became her family and she went on to do 13 musicals with them in 4 years. After acknowledging the fact theater was where she belonged, she decided to apply to The Atlantic Acting School. Once accepted, she moved to New York City at 18 years old and began the two year training at the conservatory. She graduated from The Atlantic in May of 2017. In June, she had the honor of originating the role of Trini in Baño De Luna written and directed by the Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Nilo Cruz. After that journey, she went on to do a 45 min. monologue with music, written and directed by Nilo Cruz called Farhad Or The Secret Of Being. She most recently wrapped a feature film called The Big Feed that will premier in Spring of 2020.
As well as being an actress, she most recently became apart of the faculty at The Atlantic Acting School.
